Weekend away to Cork – Friday 16th November 2007

 

There will be a special Dining Away weekend to Cork from Friday 16th November to Sunday 18th November. We are organising a weekend away to the Gresham Metropole Hotel (see www.gresham-hotels.com/htm/Metropole).

Situated in the heart of Cork City, the Gresham Metropole Hotel is just a short stroll from the many excellent shops, boutiques, theatres, and galleries.  During your stay in this superb Cork City Hotel you will be accommodated in one of 113 tastefully decorated bedrooms, equipped with all necessities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Gresham Metropole Cork offers the chance to sample the culinary delights offered by Head Chef, Noel Bridgeman in the Riverview Restaurant, and sample some of their fine range of drinks in the Met Bar.  The hotel offers complimentary car parking to all of its over night guests.

For those looking for that added bit of relaxation, a visit to the hotel’s leisure centre, Leeside Leisure, is a must.  Leeside Leisure is a White Flag Awarded Leisure Centre with superb facilities, which are complimentary for all guests staying at the Gresham Metropole Hotel. Dining Out has arranged a very special rate with the Gresham Metropole Hotel for our weekend away as follows:

-         Friday and Saturday night B&B and dinner on Saturday night for €150

This priced is based on 2 people sharing a twin/double en-suite room. There are a limited number of single rooms available at a supplement of €25 per night.

To secure a place for this Dining Away weekend, you must pay a €50 deposit per person by Friday 26th October.  The €50 deposit can be paid by cash or cheque to any committee member. Please state whether you require a single, twin or double room.  Places are very limited and they will be allocated on the basis of deposit paid.
